All Smiles at Six Months

Do you know how hard it is to get babies to smile back at you with a mask on? It’s definitely NOT easy. Lucky for me these two cuties were all smiles in their backyard celebrating their 6 month birthdays.

Look Who is ONE!

Your baby changes more in the first year after they are born than any other time in their lives. They go from sleeping all day to walking and eating. That first birthday feels like an enormous milestone. All of those sleepless nights, hours walking, rocking, nursing, and holding that baby will bond you to that child like nothing else in their lives. Not that the work is over when they turn one, but it changes. You’ll be worried about what they get into instead of worrying about why they are crying. Their personalities are on full display, and you know what they like for sure you know what they do not like.

I love seeing the newborns that I photograph again when they turn one. The parents are so much more confident, and the stories they tell are so fun to hear. During this session we found out this little heart breaker really doesn’t like cake. He’s so full of love, and I’m the luckiest girl because I got to photograph him. Now I can’t wait to see him when he turns two.

2018 in Review

It is so fun to look back over the year as it comes to an end. 2018 was a record year for Julie Campbell Photography. It was my 11th year in business, and I feel so fortunate that my business has not only lasted this long, but grown each year. Here are the images from all of the sessions I’ve been given permission to share in 2018. I respect my client’s privacy, and many of them opt to keep their images private. Thank you to all of you who trust me to be your photographer. I am so grateful for you. Happy New Year! I hope I’ll see you again in 2019. Scroll down to see the images, or click play.
